Job summary
Convo seeks a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience overseeing enterprise digital products. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery, translating complex business needs into clear product vision, PRDs and backlogs while collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, data and QA teams.
Strong Agile, MVP definition and data-driven prioritization are required. You will leverage AI-assisted prototyping to validate concepts and align stakeholders, driving measurable product
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management or related roles.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital products from discovery to delivery.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, data, QA).
- Experience in Agile development and data-driven prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise digital products.
- Translate needs into PRDs, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing value, effort and risk.
- Lead discovery activities with UX/UI, engineering and architecture teams.
- Define MVP scope, release plans and milestones.
- Coordinate UAT and release readiness across stakeholders.
- Create functional prototypes to validate concepts and workflows.
- Measure KPIs and outcomes to drive ongoing improvements.
