Job summary

simplicant.com, inc. is seeking a Senior Associate/Strategic PMM to understand market dynamics and translate insights into product marketing decisions and execution within a B2B SaaS context.

You will lead defined PMM workstreams, drive messaging, ICP segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with sales, product, and customer success to improve funnel quality and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant experience in product marketing or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Ability to own problems from insight through activation and measurement.
• Strong writing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product marketing plans including positioning, messaging, ICP segmentation, and go-to-market activation with measurable outcomes.
• Develop competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales, demand generation, product, and customer success to improve funnel quality and revenue outcomes.
• Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and market research to inform decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate core PMM work while maintaining quality and human oversight.
• Maintain a single source of truth for ICP, competitors, messaging, launches, and performance metrics.
