Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Centaurus Islamabad, part of Accor, is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations, ensure accurate salary processing, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

The incumbent will verify attendance, process salaries, manage deductions and benefits, and coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure timely payroll delivery while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll management systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
• Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related information.
• Calculate salaries, Tax, allowances, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.
• Ensure accurate processing of new joiners, resignations, and employee salary adjustments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and salary information.
• Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and other payroll-related documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and other payroll matters.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
• Assist with payroll audits and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies and payroll procedures.
• Support the preparation and processing of end-of-service benefits and final settlements, where applicable.
