Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in collecting and verifying timesheet information (hours worked, overtime, attendance).
• Process end-to-end payroll including starters, bonuses, adjustments and leaves.
• Compute statutory pay, pension contributions and other deductions.
• Submit real-time data and ensure reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll control accounts and address discrepancies.
• Resolve employee payroll issues and explain payslips and deductions.
• Maintain payroll guidelines and update changes in legislation.
• Collaborate with HR and finance and manage external partnerships.
