• Experience handling employee relations and HR records.
• Hands-on with HRIS, attendance systems, ERP or similar tools.
• Roster management and shift-based work exposure preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or service-based industries advantageous.
• Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel and HR reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leaves, records and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing with accurate attendance and data.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and labor laws.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and orientation.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Maintain HR databases, personnel files and records.
• Coordinate roster planning, shift scheduling and workforce management.
• Develop, track and report team KPIs with managers.
• Assist in performance monitoring and HR/operational reporting.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage general admin duties, vendor and supply management.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
