Job summary

Convo is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, secure .NET 10 services for multi-tenant enterprise solutions. You will develop REST APIs, MCP interfaces, and cloud-native backend systems using Azure, with a focus on security, testing and observability.

Responsibilities include implementing scalable microservices, versioned APIs, event-driven workflows, and production-grade telemetry, while partnering with architecture and security teams to ensure robust delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering with cloud-native .NET experience.
• 3+ years building secure, multi-tenant microservices and APIs.
• Strong design and security practices for production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable .NET 10 microservices for Studio and marketplace workflows.
• Expose versioned REST APIs and MCP interfaces securely using ASP.NET Core.
• Implement outbound contracts, data products, events and partner integrations.
• Build token usage metering, rate limits, quotas and auditable records.
• Ensure tenant isolation and secure partner/API access with modern identity patterns.
• Develop asynchronous workflows using messaging and event streams.
