Convo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Python with 6+ years of backend experience to build scalable, secure backend services, Studio workflows, MCP servers, APIs and multi-tenant platforms. You will design and implement robust systems with a focus on performance and reliability.

• Advanced Python and production FastAPI service development.
• REST API design and MCP server knowledge.
• Cloud microservices, containerization and distributed-service reliability patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python/FastAPI microservices for Studio and marketplace workflows.
• Expose versioned REST and MCP interfaces over approved data and agent capabilities.
• Implement outbound contracts for data products, events, cached views and partner integrations.
• Build token/usage metering, rate limits, quotas and auditable consumption records.
• Implement authentication, authorization, tenant isolation and secure partner/API access.
• Add automated contract, security, integration and operational tests with complete service telemetry.
