Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack developer with strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise to architect and build scalable web applications. You will work across backend and frontend, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability while aligning with client needs and industry best practices.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to a technical roadmap, and lead discussions on architecture, CI/CD, and data isolation in multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on .NET/C# development.
• Approximately 60–70% backend focus.
• Strong frontend experience with React.
• Ability to design end-to-end application flows and technical decisions.
• Experience building SaaS applications with multi-tenant data isolation.
• Strong authentication and authorization understanding.
• Solid database fundamentals and handling concurrent updates.
• Experience with multilingual/localized platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments and services.
• Proficient with CI/CD and modern software practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, DLQ) preferred.
• Senior-level professional capable of independent work and clear communication.
