Job summary

Convo is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable, secure, cloud-native backend services using .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core. You will design microservices and MCP interfaces for multi-tenant enterprise solutions, while implementing robust security, testing, and observability.

You will work with Azure services, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern identity patterns to deliver production-grade systems with strong telemetry and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices and multi-tenant solutions.
• Proficient in REST APIs, security, testing and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable .NET 10 microservices for studio/workflow platforms.
• Expose versioned REST APIs and MCP interfaces with secure access.
• Build data contracts, event-driven flows, and tenant isolation mechanisms.
• Implement API security, rate limits, and auditing.
• Develop automated tests and telemetry across services.
• Own full lifecycle: development, CI/CD, deployment, and ops.
