Job summary

MYZESTY is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales to own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention. You will lead a 4–5 person team, set KPIs, and establish scalable processes as the company expands.

This role demands strategic thinking, people management, and hands-on involvement in campaigns and growth problems. You will manage a full-suite of channels, optimize budgets, and drive LTV/CAC improvements while building a world-class growth organization in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Lead growth initiatives across paid, organic and product channels.
• Proven track record in mobile app growth and scaling metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok and others.
• Manage and optimize acquisition budgets and CPI/CAC/ROAS metrics.
• Develop and implement ASO, store optimization, and creative testing.
• Build dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
• Lead growth experimentation across acquisition, retention and paywalls.
• Collaborate with CRM/product teams on lifecycle campaigns.
