Job summary

MYZESTY in Lahore seeks a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales to own the full growth funnel, lead a 4-5 person team, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, monetization and revenue.

You will work hands-on with analytics tools, run experiments, and build the growth organization as MYZESTY scales. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic thinking and practical execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing experience.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading mobile-app growth.
• Hands-on experience with paid mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of ASO and app-store growth.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or another MMP.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing/growth budgets.
• Proven record of delivering measurable growth results.
• Experience managing and developing marketing/growth teams.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across multiple channels and optimize budgets.
• Analyze campaigns by channel, audience, creative and geography.
• Improve CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV/CAC metrics.
• Own mobile growth measurement and attribution with MMPs.
• Build dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.
• Lead ASO strategy: keywords, store conversion and testing.
• Drive subscription and in-app revenue growth and pricing optimization.
• Develop activation, engagement and retention strategies.
• Lead growth experiments across acquisition, creative, ASO and monetization.
• Coach and grow the 4-5 person growth team and recruit as needed.
