Job summary

MYZESTY is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales to own the full growth funnel and scale the organization from a 4–5 person team. This on-site Lahore role demands strategic thinking, people leadership and a willingness to dive into campaigns when required.

You'll manage paid acquisition across major channels, build dashboards, and align growth with retention and revenue goals, while shaping the future growth organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing.
• 3+ years people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading mobile-app growth.
• Hands-on with paid mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of ASO and app-store growth.
• Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or another MMP.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing/growth budgets.
• Proven record of delivering measurable growth results.
• Experience managing and developing marketing/growth teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC/App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimize acquisition budgets.
• Improve CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV/CAC.
• Analyze campaigns by channel, audience, creative and geography.
• Scale profitable acquisition while maintaining sustainable unit economics.
• Own mobile growth measurement and attribution.
• Work hands-on with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or equivalent MMPs.
• Analyze installs, in-app events, attribution, cohorts, retention and revenue.
• Build dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and make investment decisions.
• Own App Store and Google Play growth.
• Lead ASO strategy, keyword optimization, store conversion and creative testing.
• Improve organic acquisition and app-store conversion rates.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Drive subscription and in-app revenue growth.
• Optimize paywalls, pricing, trials, IAP, conversion and retention.
• Identify opportunities to increase LTV and revenue per user.
• Develop strategies for activation, engagement and retention.
• Improve D1/D7/D30 retention and reduce churn.
• Work with CRM/product teams on push, email and in-app lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop segmentation and reactivation strategies.
