Job summary

MYZESTY is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales to own the full growth funnel from acquisition to revenue. You will initially lead a 4–5 person growth team, establish processes, KPIs, and scale the organization as MYZESTY grows.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, people management, and comfort in diving into campaigns and growth problems. The position is on-site in Lahore and reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading mobile-app growth.
• Hands-on experience with paid mobile user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of ASO and app-store growth.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust or another MMP.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing/growth budgets.
• Proven record of delivering measurable growth results.
• Experience managing and developing marketing/growth teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC/App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok and others.
• Manage and optimize acquisition budgets and ROAS.
• Improve CPI, CAC, LTV and revenue per user metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports for executives.
• Lead mobile growth measurement with Firebase and MMPs.
• Drive ASO strategy and organic growth in app stores.
• Develop monetization experiments and pricing experiments.
• Coach 4–5 person growth team and recruit as needed.
