MYZESTY is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Growth Marketing & Sales to own the full growth funnel from Acquisition to Revenue in Lahore, on-site. You will lead a 4–5 person growth team, establish KPIs, and scale the organization as MYZESTY grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth, performance, digital or mobile marketing.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading mobile-app growth.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok and other channels.
• Manage and optimize acquisition budgets to improve CPI/CAC/ROAS.
• Own mobile growth measurement, attribution and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead ASO strategy and app-store growth for organic acquisition.
• Drive subscription and in-app revenue growth through monetization experiments.
