Job summary

CCL Pharmaceuticals in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an HR Business Partner to drive the people agenda for plant-based teams across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations and engagement.

This role partners with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to ensure effective execution of key employee lifecycle processes, including transfers, assessments, job postings, and separations, while supporting policy compliance and records maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical plant environments.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor requirements, and key processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with workforce reporting and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people agenda for plant-based teams across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and engagement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to execute employee lifecycle processes including transfers and separations.
• Support HR policy and labor law compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Foster effective communication between plant employees and leadership to ensure an engaged, compliant workplace.
