Job summary

Technocues in Lahore is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Manager to lead our LinkedIn-based client acquisition function. You will define target markets, craft outreach strategies, generate qualified leads, and manage the outreach process end-to-end.

The role requires experience with ICPs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and international lead generation, with a preference for agency background. This is a full-time onsite position in DHA Phase 1, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience developing ICPs and outreach strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience generating international leads.
• Agency experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define ideal customer profiles and target markets.
• Develop LinkedIn outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Find relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Create personalized outreach messages and sequences.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
• Track response, meeting, and conversion rates.
• Develop outreach processes and guide the team.
