Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Expert to join our Lahore team onsite. The role requires 2+ years in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation, with a focus on Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io.

You will manage CRM workflows, craft personalized sequences and qualify opportunities for the technical team. Evening shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and full-time onsite work in Lake City, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting.
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io.
• Experience using CRM and lead-management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence in handling client screening and introductory calls.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
• Build targeted lead lists using Apollo.io, Hunter.io and similar tools.
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
• Manage leads and activities through CRM platforms.
• Qualify prospects and convert conversations into meetings.
• Handle initial client screening and discovery calls professionally.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
• Improve LinkedIn profiles for credibility, visibility and lead generation.
• Track outreach performance and meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with the technical team.
