Job summary

SiliconNexus is seeking an experienced Email & LinkedIn Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation within IT/software services and be capable of building high-quality B2B leads.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to raise brand awareness, optimize campaigns, and report on KPI performance. The role is on-site in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
• 2-4 years in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Digital Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage email lists with high data quality.
• Design engaging email templates and marketing content.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Optimize campaigns via A/B testing and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Optimize company and executive LinkedIn profiles.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach.
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and promotions.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and decision-makers.
• Engage in LinkedIn communities to boost visibility.
• Identify potential clients and qualify leads before passing to BD.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM; track outreach.
• Collaborate with designers for campaign creatives.
• Coordinate marketing calendars and schedules.
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and report KPIs.
