PureLogics LLC in Lahore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive lead generation on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You will help identify projects, prepare tailored proposals, and support daily bidding activities to grow new business opportunities.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with the technical team for accurate submissions, and follow up with clients to improve responses. The role emphasizes attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of business development experience on Upwork or freelancing platforms.
• Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (basic level) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects and potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Assist in preparing and submitting customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Support daily bidding activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, client responses, and project status.
• Coordinate with the technical team to gather project details for proposals.
• Conduct basic client follow-ups to improve engagement and response rates.
• Help maintain a database of potential leads and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and trending project categories on freelancing platforms.
• Support in meeting monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
• Assist in updating CRM with client communication details and progress tracking.
