• Monitoring a team of account executives to make sure that sales goals are accomplished.
• Setting rational sales quotas to be completed by the sales team effectively.
• Building long-lasting relations with new customers.
• Handling current customer accounts by making sure that present customers remain satisfied with the company products.
• Building and executing actual account plans to keep existing customers.
• Classifying customer requirements and communicating how company products achieve those needs.
• Building rock-solid sales proposals to satisfy potential and present customers to purchase company products.
