Job summary

A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants (a member firm of the PwC network) seeks an IT System Administrator to join the Karachi-based IT team. The role focuses on deploying and managing Windows Server/AD, Azure, security, and incident response to keep business functions running smoothly.

You will work in Internal Firm Services, collaborate across teams, implement ITIL practices, and support projects with automation and monitoring using PowerShell and ServiceNow where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/SE or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/system administration.
• MCSE/MCSA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, Azure, and security administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, AD, and security configurations.
• Administer Azure resources and hybrid/cloud services.
• Monitor, patch, backup, and incident response per ITIL processes.
