A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants (a member firm of the PwC network) in Karachi is seeking an IT Service Desk specialist to join our IT team. You will support users and manage applications to enable productive work.

You will monitor network and assist end-users, collaborating with global teams; on-call and on-site support in a fast-paced environment; growth opportunities within Internal Firm Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor in computer science or equivalent IT qualification.
1.5 years of experience in IT service desk or related role.
CCNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, routers, switches, wireless).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users.
Assist in network configuration, upgrades and patch management.
Provide on-call support and incident response as needed.
Ensure documentation and audit-ready records; collaborate with IT teams.
