Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT system administration.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, and security baseline experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Support Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure and VM lifecycle.
• Implement patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor systems, perform incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and reporting.
