Job summary

Edge EDU is seeking a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for Edge talent and internal teams. This hands-on role blends instructional design, content creation, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and learning-technology implementation.

You will take learning initiatives from concept through execution, translating business needs into practical, measurable training experiences across Medical, Dental, Insurance, and Accounting

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Talent Development, Enablement, or a related field.
• Strong instructional design and training content development skills.
• Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies, learning psychology, and instructional design principles.
• Experience developing certifications, assessments, digital learning, or structured learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to confidently lead live training sessions.
• Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms, AI tools, and digital learning technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use learner data to identify gaps and improve training effectiveness.
• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Hands-on and outcome-focused, with the ability to take ownership of learning initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop role-based training, certifications, onboarding programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Create training materials including learning content, facilitator guides, scripts, assessments, knowledge checks, and certification materials.
• Develop engaging learning experiences using e-learning, video, assessments, simulations, roleplays, and other learning formats.
• Apply adult learning principles, learning psychology, and instructional design best practices to create effective learning experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning content based on learner outcomes and feedback.
• Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, coaching sessions, and other instructor-led learning experiences.
• Deliver training to talent across Medical, Dental, Insurance, and Accounting functions.
• Develop and deliver learning programs for internal Edge employees.
• Adapt facilitation style and content to different learner profiles, experience levels, and business requirements.
• Support learners through coaching, feedback, and structured development activities.
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, certifications, and other methods for evaluating learner readiness.
• Analyze learner performance and identify knowledge and skill gaps Use learner data and feedback to improve training programs and learning outcomes.
• Establish appropriate measures to evaluate training effectiveness and program performance.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Manage learning projects from requirements gathering and design through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Edge to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage LMS/LXP platforms, AI tools, and other learning technologies to improve learning experiences.
• Explore and implement new approaches to learning content development and delivery.
• Use AI and technology to improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of training programs.
• Maintain and improve digital learning workflows and resources.
