Job summary

Edversity is seeking a Manager, Learning Quality & Assessment to ensure programs meet strong technical outcomes. Work with curriculum teams, instructors, student success, and operations to evaluate course relevance, teaching effectiveness, and assessment alignment.

The ideal candidate combines a technology background with education/training experience. This role focuses on learning quality, program assessment, and continuous improvement, ensuring practical labs, projects, and rubrics reflect

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong understanding of technology education and learning environments.
Experience reviewing technical curricula, labs, projects and assignments.

Responsibilities

Audit learning quality across programs for alignment with outcomes.
Evaluate instructors on clarity, engagement and technical accuracy.
Develop and maintain assessment rubrics and competency frameworks.
Review and improve curricula across AI, data, cloud, security, blockchain.
Track learner performance and produce quality reports for leadership.
Ensure readiness of instructors, labs, capstone projects and assessments before launches.
