Job summary

My Digital People in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on PPC experience, primarily managing campaigns for UK and USA clients.

The ideal candidate will plan, launch, optimize, and scale Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce and lead generation brands, with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Google Ads / PPC.
• Proven experience with UK and USA clients.
• Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, attribution and optimization.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display campaigns.
• Develop strategies for e-commerce and lead generation brands.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword management.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance reports.
• Continuously test and improve ads, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and structures.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance.
• Stay updated with Google Ads changes, automation, AI features, and industry best practices.
