Job summary

My Digital People in Lahore is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns for UK and USA clients. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display while driving ROAS, CPA and profitability, and you will communicate with clients and internal teams.

This is a full-time onsite role requiring excellent English communication and strong collaboration with ecommerce

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional Google Ads / PPC experience.
• Experience handling UK and USA client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display campaigns.
• Develop strategies for e-commerce and lead generation brands.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-term analysis, and negative keyword management.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance reports.
• Continuously test and improve ads, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, automation, AI features, and industry best practices.
