Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Google Ads Specialist (PPC) role based in Lahore. The Senior Google Ads Specialist will plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and remarketing to achieve client performance goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, structuring ad groups, writing and testing ad copy, setting up tracking, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven bid and budget adjustments. The role also involves analyzing campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams is expected to ensure landing pages, creatives, and overall strategy align with PPC objectives and best practices.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and PPC management, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, A/B testing platforms).
• Ability to conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform PPC strategy.
• Skilled in writing clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborating on high-performing landing pages and creative assets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior PPC or marketing team members is highly beneficial.
• Prior work in an agency or multi-client environment and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
