Job summary

Zoomlion Pakistan Pvt Ltd is hiring a Key Account Manager in Lahore to drive revenue across concrete machinery and cranes. You will engage clients, identify needs, and guide purchasing decisions while ensuring on-time deliveries and CRM updates.

The role requires strong English, a BBA or Mechanical Engineering background, and a valid driving license with a self-owned car. An attractive compensation package with allowances is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in English as working language.
• Driving license and own car; allowances provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated key accounts to meet revenue targets for Concrete Machinery, Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes, AWP, and agricultural machinery.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs, generate leads, and create business opportunities.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions, finalize contracts, and ensure product delivery.
• Regularly meet with clients to maintain constant relation and execute orders timely with the same to be updated on CRM.
• Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Regularly reconcile accounts with customers, minimize payment risks, reduce losses from unpaid goods, and ensure successful payment recovery.
• Proactively manage settlement procedures for customers with outstanding balances.
