Job summary

SANY Middle East & North Africa seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth for our Construction/Earthmoving and Transportation Equipment portfolio in Pakistan. You will develop strategies, manage key customer relationships and hit annual targets for excavators, loaders and trucks.

The role requires a strong network with contractors and fleet operators, plus B2B sales excellence and coordination with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and after-sales support for successful

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within Pakistan.
• Strong experience in selling construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles or heavy trucks.
• Experience with excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks and heavy-duty trucks is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Fluent communication in English and Urdu with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets in Pakistan.
• Drive sales of earthmoving equipment, including excavators and loaders.
• Drive sales of transportation equipment, including dump trucks and heavy-duty trucks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, mining, logistics, industrial and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, fleet owners and distributors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and upcoming projects to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, order processing, delivery and after-sales support.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, customer visits and business development activities.
