Job summary

Ibex is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical implementations for enterprise customers and translate complex customer workflows into production-ready AI solutions.

You will build integrations using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and APIs, work directly with customers and internal teams, and drive testing, monitoring, and launch readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on JavaScript/Node.js skills.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience taking complex requirements from discovery to production.
• Practical understanding of AI/LLMs, prompting, RAG, agentic systems, and AI evaluations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs & webhooks
• Work directly with enterprise customers and technical teams

• Troubleshoot integrations, data flows, and production issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software, solutions, implementation, or forward-deployed engineering experience
• Strong hands-on JavaScript/Node.js skills
