Job description

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who works directly with customers to design and deploy technical solutions. You'll handle complex integrations, build custom implementations within customer environments, and help shape our product based on real‑world deployments.

This is a hands‑on role. You will write code, fix bugs, and take full ownership of technical implementations from start to finish. What you discover working with customers will help guide what we build next.

You'll work closely with our founding and product teams to make our platform better for everyone.

What You’ll Do

Build & Deploy

• Handle technical integrations and customer implementations
• Take projects from start to production
• Build solutions that solve real customer problems
• Collaborate & Partner with Customers directly to ensure success.

Problem Solving

• Debug issues in APIs, SDKs, and complex systems
• Work side‑by‑side with customer teams to get things working
• Fix what's broken and build what's needed
• Partner Internally to work with product and engineering to enhance tools, automation, and documentation.

Influence the Product

• Share customer feedback with our product team
• Help improve our tools and documentation
• Bridge the gap between customers and our engineering team

What We Need

Must Have

• 3–6 years writing software professionally
• Proficient in using one or more of the our core languages i.e Python, Java, PHP, Go, Ruby, TypeScript, or .NET (C#).
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Good understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and deployments
• Clear communicator who can talk to both technical and non‑technical people
• Proven ability to debug hard problems and ship fast
• Must have the ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and contribute to our long‑term AI‑led growth goals.

Bonus

• Next.js or other full‑stack frameworks
• API specs like OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, Protobuf, or Smithy
• Previous work as a Solutions Engineer or at an early‑stage company
• Active GitHub profile or side projects
• Experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise tools
