Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions for production use. You will build and optimize LLM, NLP, or computer vision models to meet business needs and work with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features.

You will develop data pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and monitoring processes, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting AI best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning implementations, including developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI algorithms in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, along with hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI services, along with familiarity with big data ecosystems including Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, as well as building and managing data pipelines using ETL tools and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow.
• Professional proficiency in English for client communication.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members is a plus.
