Job summary

Schneider Electric in Islamabad seeks a Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II to drive partner orders and expand the distributor network across the region. You will act as the voice of Schneider within partner organizations and shape go-to-market plans with country heads.

The role requires 10–15 years in sales management, partner sales, channel enablement, or related fields, plus knowledge of data center and UPS markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, business or a related field.
• 10–15 years prior experience in Sales Management, Partner Sales, Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing and/or Channel Development for Software or/and Services company.
• Knowledge of Data center and UPS market.
• Good legal and contractual understanding covering Commercial rights.
• English: Proficient.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner and Distributor Orders/Sales Growth according to agreed targets.
• Act as theVoice of Schneider within the partner organization.
• Partner Selection & Landing and coordinate with Front Office Sales to refine partner profiles.
• Define, update, and monitor a business plan for each partner/distributor in the region.
• Collaborate with regional channel team on enablement plans and co-investment requirements.
• Lead quarterly business reviews for all partners/distributors and monitor results.
