Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Multan Plant seeks an experienced Admin and Facilities Manager to oversee canteen, female residences, laundry, transport fleet, day care, and event management. The role includes CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, vendor invoice processing, asset control, and coordination with external stakeholders at Multan Industrial Estate.

The candidate will lead union-related matters, ensure labor law compliance, and drive smart spending and productivity targets across MOH and G&A spendings.

Qualifications

• Masters or MBA/BBA with HR focus required.
• 5+ years in a similar admin/services role, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience handling unionized staff and CBA environments.
• Knowledge of local and international labor laws and HR core areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin procurement: quotes, PR creation, PO follow-up, GRN and service delivery.
• Review vendor contracts and ensure terms of labor/admin agreements.
• Lead scrap and waste management with cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee employees' transportation, fleet, and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage laundry, canteen, day care, and facility maintenance operations.
• Support asset management, budget planning (CAPEX/OPEX) and cost-saving initiatives.
