Job summary

PepsiCo Pakistan seeks a senior Quality & Food Safety leader to drive the Trade Quality agenda and monitor product quality nationwide. You will oversee supplier qualification, consumer complaint analytics, and execution of global QA programs with cross-functional teams including Sales, Plants, and R&D.

The role covers co-man QC leadership, plant QA, and compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, and PepsiCo Food Safety Mandates. Strong coaching and incident-root-cause capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or QM required.
• 4+ years in QFS/QM management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of quality and food safety standards and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Quality programs to monitor product quality across markets.
• Manage supplier quality issues, supplier audits, and line trials for new materials.
• Oversee consumer quality analytics, CPM reporting, and CAPA validation.
• Coordinate with R&D, GP and co-man teams for new product launches and trials.
• Ensure HACCP, Food Defense, FSSC 22000, Halal and other PepsiCo standards compliance.
