Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Admin Manager for Multan Plant. You will supervise a broad range of admin services including canteen, residencies, laundry, transport fleet, events, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and vendor management.

The role requires coordination with internal teams, unions, and external stakeholders to ensure compliant operations. You will oversee procurement, maintenance, and asset management while driving cost-saving initiatives and ensuring safety standards across

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar capacity/operating organization with HR exposure.
• Expertise in leading support & services operations in MNCs.
• Expertise in Local Labor Laws and understanding of International Labor Laws and Human Rights Policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin procurement; request quotes, PR creation, PO follow-up, GRN creation, and ensure quality supplies/services.
• Lead scrap & waste management; coordinate with departments and vendors for timely lift and invoicing.
• Lead employees transportation/fleet management; manage outsourced fleet, routes, and invoice processing.
• Lead plant operations including canteen, day care, laundry, uniforms, and safety compliance; oversee vendor invoices and KPIs.
