Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality employee services and ensure policy compliance. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR systems, and coordinate training and documentation for frontline staff across the Lahore plant.

You will support health insurance processing, payroll queries, and engagement initiatives while driving digitization and process improvements. A 2–4 year track record in employee services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years experience in employee services, payroll or administration.
• Experience with HR systems and frontline workforce support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including system enrollment and documentation.
• Register new joiners across HR systems such as EC and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide frontline employee services support for 450+ staff with queries and admin tasks.
• Coordinate health insurance related processes and claim support with providers.
• Support talent management through training coordination and records in LMS.
• Prepare employment verification letters and other staff documentation.
• Deliver Code of Conduct and other required trainings for frontline staff.
• Act as HR operations focal point for plant and SLAs, driving improvements.
