Job summary

Apex Brands is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own full lifecycle retention campaigns across multiple eCommerce brands. You will strategize, write, design, and execute campaigns end-to-end using Klaviyo, Postscript, and other tools.

Fluent English copywriting, strong numbers, and the ability to manage multiple clients with autonomy are essential. Agency experience is a plus, with potential for growth and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing for eCommerce brands.
• Fluent English copywriting and on-brand messaging.
• Experience owning strategy, copy, design and execution end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own Campaign Creation and Client Calendar Planning From A–Z: develop a campaign calendar and execute email and SMS campaigns.
• Build Automations & Flows: Welcome, Abandon Cart, Browse Abandonment, Winback, Post-Purchase, etc.
• Design Beautiful, On-Brand Emails: use Figma or custom code for mobile- and desktop-optimized designs.
• Write Strategic, On-Brand Copy: craft subject lines, preview text, and body copy.
• Run A/B Tests & Optimize: test and refine subject lines, send times, blocks and CTAs.
• Audience Segmentation & List Growth: manage lists and create smart segments.
• Analytics & Reporting: monitor KPIs and inform strategy.
• Client Communication: participate in strategy calls and share performance insights.
