Job summary

Aqsa Shahzad is seeking a retention marketing specialist to own lifecycle programs for US Shopify brands, focusing on Klaviyo flows, loyalty and subscription systems, and revenue reporting.

You will design and write emails and SMS, build data-driven segments, optimize flows, and deliver monthly client reports that tie activity to repeat revenue. Onsite, full-time role located in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Klaviyo certified or equivalent hands-on depth.
• Data comfort with segments, metrics and attribution windows.
• Copy and design sense for emails that read and convert.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise flows: Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP.
• Segment on purchase history, value, engagement and product affinity; apply suppression rules.
• Run campaigns with calendar, copy, design, A/B tests, timing and offers.
• Wire loyalty and subscriptions with platforms like Smile, Yotpo, Recharge.
• Report revenue and repeat rate monthly, in writing, per client.
