Job summary

Abendsoft Ltd. is seeking an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager to own our email strategy and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on deep Klaviyo expertise, campaign planning, persuasive copywriting, and data-driven optimization across multiple brands and markets.

You will develop content calendars, create sales-driven emails, and design briefs for designers. Responsibilities include building Shopify email flows and conducting regular A/B tests and reporting.

Qualifications

• Expert in Klaviyo with segmentation, flows, and reporting.
• Ability to create structured content calendars for monthly campaigns.
• Write compelling, sales-driven email copy that converts.
• Skilled in testing subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Experience in building Shopify email flows (abandoned checkout, VIP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance weekly/monthly.
• Excellent English communication for content briefs and coordination.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for data tracking and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute 3–4 email campaigns per week for multiple brands.
• Create and manage content calendars for upcoming campaigns.
• Write compelling email copy that drives sales.
• Provide clear briefs to designers for visually engaging emails.
• Set up and optimise essential email flows for Shopify stores.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, designs, and CTAs.
• Monitor Klaviyo analytics and report performance to leadership.
• Continuously improve segmentation, automations, and email performance.
