You will supervise Project Managers, manage onboarding, and drive successful implementations while balancing customer expectations and business priorities.

The role requires 7+ years in delivery or related roles, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership. Experience with fintech ecosystems and banks is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Haball is looking for a customer-focused Delivery Manager / Key Account Manager to lead client delivery, manage strategic customer relationships, oversee Project Managers, and ensure timely implementation of fintech solutions across Payments, Digital Invoicing, and Financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key corporate clients, banks, and external partners.
• Lead and supervise Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
• Oversee customer onboarding, implementations, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and partners to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and executive-level status updates.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and overall delivery performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen key accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Key Account Management, Project Management, or Client Relationship Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or Payments.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers or client-facing delivery teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
• Understanding of fintech solutions, payment systems, and customer onboarding processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, customer escalations, and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master are a plus.
