Haball Private Limited is seeking a Delivery Manager / Key Account Manager to lead client delivery across Payments, Digital Invoicing, and Financing. You will manage strategic customer relationships, oversee Project Managers, and ensure timely implementation of fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in delivery or client-relations roles, with strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience coordinating with banks and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Key Account Management, Project Management, or Client Relationship Management in FinTech/Banking/Payments.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers or client-facing delivery teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Business Analysts).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, client escalations, and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with key corporate clients, banks, and external partners.
• Lead and supervise Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
• Oversee customer onboarding, implementations, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and partners to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews, and executive-level status updates.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and overall delivery performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen key accounts.
