Job summary

Haball Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a client-focused Project Manager to bridge business needs and technical execution in fintech solutions.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will lead agile teams, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining scope and quality. Strong communication and hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Visio and MS Project are essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of project management experience in FinTech, payments, banking, or software development.
Proactive client-facing project management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience delivering software projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
Coordinating cross-functional teams: Developers, QA, BA.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
Familiarity with digital payments, banking integrations, fintech ecosystem.
Experience working with banks or payment gateways is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary client contact with clear communication and expectations management.
Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and align with internal teams.
End-to-end lifecycle management to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
Lead client meetings, kick-offs, requirement discussions, and status updates.
Track timelines, risks, issues, and escalate as needed.
Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, and external partners for integrations.
Apply Agile/Scrum to manage sprints, backlogs, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation and transparent reporting.
Ensure successful handover and client satisfaction.
