Job summary

Haball Private Limited is seeking a client-focused Project Manager to bridge business needs with technical execution in fintech solutions. You will manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end lifecycle, coordinating with Development, QA, and BA, and ensuring timely delivery with quality standards. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in FinTech, payments, banking, or software development.
• Proven client-facing project management experience and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing software projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Familiarity with digital payments, banking integrations, and fintech ecosystem.
• Experience working with banks or payment gateways is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, BA) for deliverables.
• Facilitate client meetings, kick-offs, requirement discussions, progress reviews, and status updates.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and external partners for integrations.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and provide transparent reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful handover and alignment between delivered solutions and business objectives.
