Job summary

Zones is seeking a Senior Deal Registration Specialist to manage complex, high-value deal registrations and extensions, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance. You will act as a subject-matter expert for the team, handling expirations and renewals and guiding partners through program rules.

You will validate opportunities, track status, and provide updates to account teams, while maintaining records and improving SOPs. A BA/BS and 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3 years in sales operations, order management, partner operations, or deal registration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and program rules.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel; CRM (Dynamics 365) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process complex, high-value, or non-standard deal registrations, creating Bid letters and extensions end to end, accurately and within SLA.
• Validate opportunity details and eligibility against vendor/partner program rules before submission.
• Sort daily expirations emails to Account Executives.
• Track registration status through approval, expiration, and renewal; follow up with partner representatives on pending or rejected items.
• Serve as a go-to resource for specialists on vendor programs, security-partner nuances, and tricky cases.
• Provide timely, clear updates to AMs and Brand Champions on outcomes and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting on history, approval rates, and rejection reasons.
• Help maintain SOPs/KB content and support onboarding and mentoring of team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
