Qualifications

• Proven track record meeting individual revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end sales cycles (discovery to close).
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Experience managing paid ads (Google/Meta) from lead to close.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shift in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and close deals across channels.
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns end-to-end.
• Follow up on Google and Meta ad-generated leads.
• Monitor online reputation platforms for opportunities and engage accordingly.
• Own new lead sources and explore partnerships as channels expand.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls to assess fit and budget.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast, and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial terms.
• Provide regular pipeline and revenue reporting to leadership.
• Lead and mature sales team as growth occurs.
