Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Senior Expert – Coupa DevOps to lead the administration, configuration, and operation of the Coupa platform, ensuring stability and data quality in global S2P processes.

You will collaborate with business units, ERP and IT teams, drive DevOps practices, implement automation and AI-led improvements, and maintain governance, security and change control across the platform from Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT/CS or related field with relevant experience.
• 7+ years in Coupa administration, process design and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of S2P processes, sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience with AI/GenAI and automation in procurement environments.
• Fluent English and agile working mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Coupa platform ensuring stability and data quality.
• Collaborate with business units, ERP teams and stakeholders on changes.
• Drive DevOps practices, automation and improvements across the platform.
• Maintain governance, security, and change controls for Coupa.
• Manage user access, master data and system health for S2P processes.
