Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is seeking a seasoned professional to manage contract drafting, review, and administration across multiple categories including IT, services, and supply chain. The role emphasizes alignment with PPRA rules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities cover end-to-end lifecycle management, performance monitoring against KPIs, and timely renewals while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Law, or related field; 6–7 years in contract management.
• Experience in public sector or state-owned enterprises preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; familiar with PPRA/Contract Act 1872 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, SLAs, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and monitor KPIs and payment schedules.
• Coordinate procurement documents and tender inputs when required.
• Identify contractual risks and liaise with legal for escalations.
• Maintain auditable contract repository and support audits.
