Job summary

Provox Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation embedded with the client’s leadership team in Pakistan.

You will model current and future-state processes, facilitate workshops with executives and a third-party NetSuite partner, and translate business needs into configurations with a focus on minimizing customizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementations.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementations, including modules like lead-to-quote and order-to-cash.
• Proficient in BPMN or flowcharts and in producing BRDs and functional specs.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English for executive-level communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state processes for ERP.
• Lead workshops and interviews to gather and validate business requirements.
• Translate requirements into NetSuite configurations with fit-gap analyses.
• Define end-to-end processes across Lead-to-Quote, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage change requests in a hybrid project.
• Support data migration planning, UAT, and change management activities.
